We were lulled into believing we were safe in the hands of honest government which spent it's time protecting our rights. We kept believing that, in spite of the constant head-slaps of reality that exposed a forming police state, corruption in our courts, and the rampant dishonesty and piggish feast of greed in Washington DC. Our elected politicians are dripping with sticky lies, a sweet smelling pesticide syrup of death, dollars and slight of hand served to us with Big Media's ladles full of identical talking points. Why couldn't we see the concerted effort being made to twist our minds away from reality and onto the fabricated sales pitch being rammed down our throats over the public airwaves?
Why did we opt to believe the words of those smiling faces telling us that we are the greatest country in the world, even as proof of that assertion withered away? Since when do self thinking people ignore their own good common sense and instead choose to follow big fat liars into hell? The total saturation of lies poured into every household through television, radio, newspapers and all corporate media using well honed marketing techniques. They actually made us believe that lies were truth and truth were lies. The power of saturated, repetitive suggestion must never be underestimated again. Never have we seen such devastating proof that we can be sold literally ANYTHING.
The most vile kinds of evil come in the disguise of all that is good and right and noble. The bible says that Lucifer is the most beautiful angel in existence, and that the devil can quote scripture better than any preacher. Would we recognize him if he stood at the head of our own church? We can never know if someone we work with uses child pornography, or if they beat their wife, or if they are a serial killer. The worst kinds of people there are walk amongst us undetected every day. We don't recognize them because evil does not identify itself for us. It hides in plain sight by looking normal, safe, innocuous and sane. It looks like a smiling trusted politician, or it wears the respected robes of a judge. Have we become so gullible that we have forgotten something as obvious as this simple truth? Evil hides in plain sight, disguised as our friend, our protector, even our pastor. Even our president. Being fooled at the outset is not our fault, we were lied to. But ignoring the harmful effects of their actions again and again, that IS our fault. It's time to snap out of the hypnotic grip they have on us.
Evil has pulled off the greatest sales pitch in our history.
It's no surprise that an entity as vile as Limbaugh was propagated into every American community as well as to our military abroad. They took over the airwaves in a systematic effort to dominate them, and keep voices of truth away from the ears of the American people. Limbaugh is the consummate used car salesman except that he's not selling used cars, he's selling the end of freedom, and the end of a Constitutionally protected America. Claiming to represent the old red, white and blue and throwing out words like "democracy" and "Patriotism" as though they belonged only to him, he beat people over the head with subterfuge. His fits of anger, his spasms of ugly hatred and blame, his all out dirty attacks on American values which he strangely calls Liberal or Leftist, are there to steer people away from the truth and to fill their heads with repeated lies, to reprogram listeners, to change them into supporters of evil. His vicious attacks are let loose on anyone who doesn't swallow whole what he's trying to sell. Lies and more lies are all Limbaugh's got, that and his phony flag waving support of the real enemy of our democratic Republic, the Bush Administration and it's despicable un-American PNAC strategy for world domination through military force.
Without a Limbaugh to convince the American people that George W Bush should be seen as legitimate, there is little chance he'd have been accepted as legitimate. Without a Fox News channel, a blatant propaganda arm of the right wing regime trying to destroy this country, the American people would not have bought into the notion that Bush possessed any legitimacy whatsoever. The majority of us have woken up however, in spite of nasty people like Limbaugh, Coulter, and the Fox channel's propaganda puppets.
Limbaugh and Fox are an ad campaign specifically designed and calculated to play time and time again like any commercial, with the specific aim of convincing you to buy something you would not otherwise buy. Holding a flag in one hand and a bible in the other is all it took. That's the winning formula which allows the world's biggest liars and thieves to screw America senseless while they in turn applaud and send money to get more of the same.
What's it brought us America? We are drowning in debt, which is in the trillions now. Jobs are racing out of the country faster than we can count them, and going to Communist China. How is that even possible? Our borders are wide open while we the people are being spied on in every possible way, our data collected and collated, sold to the highest bidder and placed into giant interconnected data bases that let virtually anyone know everything about our private lives. We are muddled in a dirty war that has killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians, and there is no end in sight. The reasons for that war were a lie, and now they're aching to take us into another one. In spite of their claims that the economy is good, the real people of this country know it's never been so hard to make ends meet. Our overflowing prisons are great investments for the rich. God help anyone who needs medical care because no one can afford it. All that and so much more, it seems nearly everything has broken down and is falling apart due to rampant corruption and a government with a game plan that seeks to destroy us. Is this what you signed up for when you voted these people into office? Did you want to see our country become hated in the eyes of the world? Did you want to watch our Constitution raped and murdered? Do you want to be dragged away in the dead of night by Homeland Security and not given any reason, and not even get that phone call once Constitutionally guaranteed you?
The plans to end America were carefully laid. Those who want to carry it out have taken the last 4 decades to put their own people in place throughout high level government offices. That is why we see things like the FDA allowing toxic substances, viruses and genetic modification to destroy our food sources as the Congress upholds the notion that the American people don't need to know what's in their food. It's why the FCC has allowed the total takeover of corporate media so that it's ownership is down to 5 entities; all of whom relay the same exact homogenized, dumbed down pro-neo con non-news in print and on tv screens nation wide. It's why there is no mention of critically important, anti-constitutional, criminal activity going on in government. It's why the Pentagon admitted to "losing" over 3 Trillion dollars and the media let it go without a question. It's why Bush signed treaties to end America and create the North American Union, without Congressional inclusion and without speaking of it to the American People. Spy chips will be in our National ID's in 2008, and the North American Union is scheduled to become reality by 2010. Yet you hear little of these things in the corporate news media.
The news is dead; there is no news today, at least not at the corporate levels that people are so used to tuning in to get their information. All anyone can get from those places now is brain washing and propaganda that encourages the public to go to sleep, to focus on spending more while earning less, and to think of credit as something besides what it really is: endless debt.
The powers that be have been working very hard to take control of our access to real information, and they have achieved it. Unfortunately for them the internet has grown exponentially as mass quantities of Americans realized all is not well and that the so called news was little more than a crock of slime. The powers are working to kill the internet too even while they're pleading with the FCC to hand them total control of all media nationwide. It's time to fight them or we'll lose it all.
Independent media has sprung up online like a raging fire of truth and it's flames are licking America awake again. We are coming to grips with the reality that things are not only not what they seem, but everything is spinning out of control in what can only be called a nightmare of Orwellian proportion.
